Aglaia Zedlitz
Dr. A.M.E.E. Zedlitz (Aglaia) is psychotherapeut, neuropsycholoog en universitair docent klinische neuropsychologie aan de Universiteit Leiden. Zij is in 2001 afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit Utrecht richting Klinische en Gezondheidspsychologie en heeft er in 2006 de Master Neuropsychologie behaald. Na een aantal jaren gewerkt te hebben in de revalidatie is Aglaia in 2011 begonnen als psycholoog bij G-kracht en daarnaast in 2012 als UD bij de Universiteit Leiden. In 2013 is zij gepromoveerd aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen op de behandeling, diagnostiek en psychosociale kenmerken van vermoeidheid na een CVA. Nog steeds houdt zij zich in onderzoek bezig met het verbeteren van de (psychologische) zorg. In 2020 rondde ze haar post-doctorale opleiding tot psychotherapeut af en ze blijft zich bij- en nascholen.
Aglaia heeft met verschillende patiëntengroepen gewerkt, waaronder volwassenen met persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, trauma- stemmings- en angstklachten en met ouderen en volwassenen met niet aangeboren hersenletsel en progressieve neurologische aandoeningen. Ze heeft een brede ervaring in de Cognitieve Gedragstherapie (CGT), Schematherapie (ST), Mentalisation Based Therapie (MBT), Partner relatietherapie (PRT), Groepstherapie en neuropsychologische behandelingen.
Naast therapie geeft ze trainingen, cursussen en supervisie op het gebied van neuropsychologische behandeling en wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
Aglaia is fluent in English and German and therefore able to provide therapy, supervision or coaching in these languages as well.
